No Two Journeys Are the Same
If you put five thousand people through the exact same traumatic event, you will get five thousand completely different responses. We often expect life, healing, and grief to follow a standard script, but human experience simply does not work that way. Just because someone else healed from a car accident, lost weight on a specific diet, or navigated grief in a particular way, it does not mean your path will look remotely the same.
Trauma, grief, and recovery are deeply personal. We each enter every experience with our own unique background, emotional framework, and physical capacity. Because of this, traumatic events do not automatically produce one universal outcome. There is no single right way to react, grieve, or heal. Recognizing this gives us the grace to honor our own process without comparing it to anyone else's.
